Do your cleaners wear facemasks and gloves while performing the cleaning service?
Absolutely! Our team is fully aware of the importance of safety when performing any of our services. We have a protocol designed to protect customers as well as our staff. Part of this protocol includes that all equipment and materials to be used in your business or home, must be disinfected as well as the team, before and after the service has been completed.
How does the booking process work?
The booking process is super easy, you can either do it through our website, social media or calling us. Do it whatever way you feel is easier for you. After booking with us, we will start programing your booking with our cleaners to make sure we have available staff at your requested date and time. As soon as your booking is coordinated, you will get an email with the name of our contact in charge, the date, time, and estimated cleaning time.
What if the requested date and time to perform the service isn't available?
We want to have staff available any time you might request our services, yet sometimes if we are fully booked at that particular time, we might need to re-schedule your booking at the next available time. In this case we will contact you by email or call and try to find the best possible best time for you. When we have re-schedule service, we will send you a confirmation email with the new time and date, as well as the contact person.
Should I provide you with the cleaning products or you bring yours?
We use high quality professional products to perform our services, yet, if you wish for us to use your products or a particular product for a certain area, we are happy to do as you desire.
Will the price quoted initially for performing a service will be changed?
When you request our services for the first time, we ask several questions, beforehand, to gather as much information as possible in order to provide you with a fair quote. Before any service is performed, we have a to do a Confirmation Service Process when we arrive at your property. In this process what we do is to match the information you have provided to us to see if it is aligned with the facts found at the property. If all the information is accurate, certainly we don't need to requote the service at all. But if we find out that some vital information is missing then we might need to requote. If we need to requote the service, we will inform you why we needed to requote it and we perform the service only if you accept the updated quotation. Please notice that, if you request a regular cleaning plan you will get a flat rate that will be less than the first-time quotation. We recommend you request one of our plans.
How many staff will perform a service?
Depending on how big the property is and the availability of our staff, you might get 1 to 3 personnel
Do I need to be home or at the venue for the service to be perfomed?
No, you don't have to be, as long as you give us or let us know where the key is and how to get in and out.
Do you offer a 100% garantee service?
Yes, we do! When we finish our service, we make sure you are satisfied. If you are at the property, we will do a walk-through with you to make sure you are satisfied with the results. If you aren't at the property, please inform us of any dissatisfaction within 24 hours of the service been received. We will make sure to re-schedule with you till your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Can I cancel a service after the booking has been confirmed?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your services. But we will need you to pay a cancellation fee in case you don't inform us more than 24 hours before the date and time of the service.
What is your lock out policy?
If you have booked a landscaping service, you know we can normally perform the cutting of your grass or any other gardening service without the need of any key. But if the service to be performed is a residential cleaning service and we have arrived on the promised time to the property and we have been waiting to enter the property for up to 30 minutes, we will need to incur a $70 lockout/cancellation fee.
What is your payment method?
We accept credit, debit cards, PayPal, CashApp and Zelle. The payment should be done as soon as the booking has been confirmed. Cash payments are not accepted.
What does your basic personalized cleaning service include?
This basic cleaning service has been designed ONLY to refresh your spaces in between standard or deep cleaning. This basic cleaning service is used to refresh the spaces that have been standard cleaned no more than a week ago. This service is perfect to straighten your home before your family and/or friends might visit you. It includes:
Vacuum clean floors and carpets
Dust, wipe, disinfect and straighten only 3 key property surfaces and areas of your home according to your preference. Example: Kitchen, leaving room and dining room. It is up to you to personalize it according to your preference.
Clean and disinfect all bathrooms
Empty waste bins and replace liners. Bins are washed if needed
Collect all garbage, bottles, papers, etc. from the inside your residence and dispose on property's trash disposal area.
What does your standard cleaning service include?
Everything is the Basic personalized cleaning schedule and:
Vacuum floors and carpets
Empty waste bins and replace liners. Wash if needed
Collect all garbage, bottles, papers, etc. from the property and dispose on property trash disposal area.
Dust, wipe and disinfect all horizontal surfaces with a damp cloth of chairs, tables, desks, stove, microwave, refrigerator and other types of furnitures and appliances.
Dust, wipe and disinfect outdoor furnitures.
Hard floors moping and disinfecting
Remove cobwebs from all areas
Clean and disinfect all door handles
Clean windows glass and frames
Clean outside furniture
Spot cleaning in doors and walls
Kitchen grease extractor surface cleaning
Entrance door cleaning inside and outside
Disinfect and clean pets 'area
Light bulbs and lamps dusting
Bathroom cleaning and disinfecting

Everything in the Basic and Standard cleaning services and:
Vacuum floors and carpets

Dust, wipe and disinfect all horizontal surfaces with a damp cloth of chairs, tables, desks, stove, microwave, refrigerator and other types of furniture and appliances.
Dust, wipe and disinfect outdoor furniture.
Mop hard floors using disinfectants
Remove cobwebs from all areas
Polish brass and bright work on cabinets and doors
Clean & disinfect all doors handles
Clean windows glass and frames inside and outside (only areas than can be reached without ladder)
Clean outside furniture
Doors inside and outside
Oven and refrigerator inside and outside cleaning
Kitchen grease extractor deep cleaning

What tasks you cannot perform?
We care to give you the extra mile for preferring our services and we will do our best to show you our appreciation. Nevertheless, there are some tasks that aren't included with none of our cleaning services those are as follow:
Cleaning hoarder like homes
Full wall cleaning. We do spot wall cleaning with some of our cleaning services, but if a wall is too dirty, scratched or painted, we would recommend you request our painting services to keep your home looking its best.
Biohazardous waste, also called infectious waste (such as blood, body or animal fluids (urine) feces, etc.)
Toxic substances
Rodent infested property
Ladder use is prohibited for cleaning windows, doors, chandeliers or any light bulbs. We only clean area that are reachable without ladders. We use long sticks to reach certain areas. But ladders are prohibited to avoid accidents.
